RefocusED

RefocusED, a Pittsburgh non-profit, was founded in 2015 by a small group of educators and community stakeholders to research, develop, study, and refine educational models, practices, curriculum, and programs which cultivate healthy, well educated, engaged citizenry who are primed to play an active role in our evolving global society and equipped for the demands of the ever-changing workplace.

Dr. Maureen Anderson, a founder,  has professional experience in the government, corporate, education, and social services sectors.  She has worked with and for a variety of non-profits in the areas of education, anti-violence, and community, as well as written, managed, and implemented a wide range of local, state, and foundation grants.
